Cornerstone User Information

Distribution of Calls to Cornerstone Support Units

When placing a call to the Cornerstone Call Center, many Cornerstone users are unaware of how their call handled in order to resolve a given issue.

The Cornerstone Call Center serves as the hub of all Cornerstone support units, as this unit serves as the point of contact for all users who have any type of questions, concerns or problems with their Cornerstone system. The call center fields all calls received from Cornerstone agencies, determines the nature of the call, and coordinates the resolution of the issue with the appropriate Cornerstone support unit.

A diagram of how calls flow through the Cornerstone support units illustrates the type of issues that are assigned to each unit.
