Greenbook Information

A Greenbook site is a Cornerstone site whose local area network (LAN) is integrated with the Cornerstone network to a certain degree, providing extra convenience for agency staff.

In order to be "Greenbooked", the agency must enter into an Agreement with the Illinois Primary Health Care Association/CQuest America Inc. The resulting Greenbook Agreement requires, among other things, that the Cornerstone agency:

  • have a high level of technical expertise available to resolve those problems that may result from the integration of the local agency system with the Cornerstone system, formally identified as the On-Site Cornerstone Support Person. The agency must ensure that an individual designated as the On-Site Cornerstone Support Person fulfills the job description requirements.
  • be responsible for initial problem determination of its equipment prior to placing a support call to the Cornerstone Call Center.

The integration of the local agency network and the Cornerstone system is achieved by collaboration between local agency staff and Cornerstone support staff.  The local agency retains control over its local area network responsibilities, while the Illinois Primary Health Care Association/CQuest America Inc. retain control solely over Cornerstone system responsibilities.

To request to have your agency Greenbooked, complete the Greenbook Request Form and submit it to:

CQuest America Inc.
Attn: Murray Elliott
500 South 9th Street
Springfield, IL 62701

If you need assistance in completing or submitting a Cornerstone form, please review the Completing and Submitting Cornerstone Forms page.
