status (copy of E-99 letter) and payment to: *Prices and models are subject to change without notice. Please allow eight (8) to ten (10) weeks for delivery. Also please note that in order to participate in the AV program, your Agency is required to have completed the most recent annual inventory process. Hardware Services staff will notify you if your site has not completed the inventory process.
